Our casting process...

  • Understand It.

    After reading your project, we thoroughly break down your script, and create character descriptions for each speaking role. We talk with you, to make sure our descriptions match your thoughts and ideas.

  • Send it.

    We compile all the character descriptions into a casting breakdown that contains information about all the different roles, including the age range of the characters, appearance, character notes, and any relevant backstory that can help the actor further embody the role, and get you one step closer to finding that perfect match. We work with local and regional agencies that we have relationships with to widen our search.

  • Find it.

    There are two types of auditions: in-person and self-tape. Whether you’re calling in an actor for an in-person audition or requesting a self-tape, we provide them with sides, a small sample of relevant dialogue, and actions for the talent to perform. Assign Callbacks as needed, and help you make your final selections.
